Board Profile

Dr. Joseph Bangu is the Executive Director of the Navrongo-Bolgatanga Catholic Diocesan Development Organisation (NABOCADO), providing strategic leadership in advancing the organisation’s mission of promoting integral human development across the Diocese. He previously served as Director of NABOCADO’s Good Governance, Justice and Peace Directorate, where he played a key role in peacebuilding, social cohesion, community governance, and conflict prevention initiatives across the Upper East and North East Regions.

Dr. Bangu has extensive experience working with communities and stakeholders on governance, peace, sustainable development, and humanitarian issues. He has advocated for inclusive community participation and collaborative approaches to addressing challenges affecting vulnerable populations. In his current role, he provides organisational leadership and oversight, working with staff, partners, government institutions, traditional authorities, and communities to strengthen NABOCADO’s development impact.
