Justice, Peace & Humanitarian Response

Justice, Peace & Humanitarian Response

At NABOCADO, we believe that sustainable development can only thrive where justice, peace, and human dignity are protected. Through our Justice, Peace & Humanitarian Response Directorate, we work with communities, government institutions, and development partners to promote peaceful coexistence, strengthen social cohesion, uphold human rights, and provide timely humanitarian assistance to vulnerable populations affected by conflict, disasters, and displacement.

Our interventions focus on peacebuilding, conflict prevention and resolution, governance and civic participation, social accountability, disaster preparedness and emergency response, refugee protection, and livelihood recovery. We also support vulnerable households with life-saving assistance while helping communities build resilience to future shocks.

By fostering inclusive dialogue, empowering communities, and responding swiftly to humanitarian needs, NABOCADO is helping to create safer, more resilient, and peaceful communities where every individual can live with dignity, security, and hope.

This includes the INPEACE project, conflict prevention and mediation, refugee integration at the Tarikom settlement with UNHCR, and emergency flood relief with CRS.
